Thomas "Tom" J. Crayton, CPA
Even before Tom graduated from the University of Houston, Clear Lake City, in 1979, his goal was to create a very personalized CPA firm which he started in 1984, the year after he passed the CPA exam. Although Tom has over 30 years experience preparing individual income tax returns and continues to do so, his main interest relates to businesses. His goal is to provide business owners and managers with the tools to increase or maintain sustained profits and pay only their fair share of taxes while at the same time avoiding conflicts with taxing authorities, if possible.

A student at the Houston Community College System, Kaitlin is currently studying accounting. Before joining Tom Crayton, CPA as an accounting assistant, she worked for a locally owned business as a bookkeeper. With her QuickBooks knowledge, Kaitlin is here to assist you with whatever your needs may be.
Peter Del Rosario
Peter is an Accounting student at the University of Houston, aspiring to become CPA certified. Before becoming an accounting assistant for Tom Crayton, CPA, he handled multiple financial aspects of a local business. With this previous knowledge and experience, Peter is more than capable of handling any of your bookkeeping needs or questions.
Robert is a certified bookkeeper and a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. He currently holds Desktop, Enterprise Solution, POS, Online and Advance Online Quickbooks certification. He has worked with a wide varity of clients before being employed by Tom Crayton, CPA, LLC. Before becoming a bookkeeper, he was a math teacher for ten years teaching all levels of students. Robert has a Bachelor's of Science from Texas A&M University. Robert stays active in his church and the church choir. He also referees for Upwards basketball and work with the children's choir. With his vast array of experience, Robert is more than ready to help you with your accounting needs.
Rosie Karlberg– Office Manager
Rosie is a long time resident of Fort Bend County. She attended Texas State University in San Marcos and earned a BSRC. After college and living in San Antonio for a few years employed as a Respiratory Therapist in the hospital and homecare setting, she returned to Fort Bend County and opened a Home Medical Equipment Company. Recently, she sold her company – Oxy-Rite and began working for her fellow Rotarian, Tom Crayton, as his office manager. She brings her experience with customer service and all facets of management to the firm. Rosie has 2 children, Sarah and Erik, and is married to her college sweetheart, Karl. They live in Richmond. She enjoys volunteering, traveling and attending her children’s many functions.
Sam H. Simsek, MBA – Tax Manager
Sam is an experienced Tax and Financial Management Accountant. He earned a MBA in Accounting from Aurora University, Aurora, IL, in 2003. As Tax Manager at Thomas J. Crayton, CPA, LLC, Sam will manage and lend his expertise to the completion of all tax and financial projects.
